These Terms of Shopping govern your access to thistlecart.com and purchases made from Thistlecart. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced in them.

Orders normally require 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery time varies according to destination, carrier operations, customs review, local conditions, and other factors.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, withdrawals, damaged-product claims, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Order Resolution Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
